In 1990's, Chinese new poems took on such a look as diversity, disorder, mutual infiltration and mutual supplementation, which is the inevitable consequence of the collective revelry in 1980's and the individual quietness in 1990's. Therefore, the corresponding poetic charm construction also assumed some new looks. This paper theoretically condenses the poetic charm conceived in 1990's.
