通过对电子图书馆信息管理系统结构的分析 ,将 CIO导入电子图书馆的管理模式 ,并对这种模式的内涵、成因及特点进行分析 ,提出了 CIO在电子图书馆管理体制中的地位、职能 。

This paper analyzes the structure of information management system of electronic library, attempts to guide CIO into the management mode of electronic library. It also analyzes the intention, cause of formation and the characteristics of the mode, puts forward the position and function of CIO, and discusses the pecrliarities of the mode.
