胎儿出生体重与脐血瘦素水平的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨不同出生体重儿与脐血瘦素水平的关系 ,应用特异放射免疫分析法测定 91例经产道分娩或剖宫产的新生儿脐血瘦素水平。结果 ,91例新生儿脐血瘦素水平为 ( 9.9± 7.4 ) μg/L ,其中男孩为 ( 5.3± 5.6) μg/L ,显著低于女孩的 ( 1 5.0± 8.0 ) μg/L( P <0 .0 5)。出生体重男孩为 ( 30 53± 363) g与女孩为 ( 30 64± 379) g ,无显著差异 ;体重指数男孩为 ( 2 .7± 0 .6) g/cm3,与女孩的 ( 2 .7± 0 .9) g/cm3 无显著差异。大于胎龄组和小于胎龄组脐血清瘦素水平、出生体重、体重指数均与正常胎龄组存在显著差异(P <0 .0 1 ) ,新生儿脐血清瘦水平与出生体重 ,体重指数呈正相关 (r =0 .59 r =0 .37)。结论 :瘦素是胎儿生长调节系统的重要因子 ,与胎儿体重、体重指数有密切相关性。
