摘要 肉碱(carnitine)又称肉毒碱,维生素BT,化学名称为β-羟-γ-三甲氨基丁酸,是脂肪酸β-氧化过程中不可缺少的一种重要成分.它是广泛存在于机体组织中的小分子、水溶性的人体必需营养素,是一种氨基酸衍生物,在体内具有重要的生理作用,本文主要针对其在男性生殖系统中的作用进行综述.
