After the era, some relaxation of tension has been brought about to the international situation, but Japan-US security insurance system, against historical trend, begins to have a series of fundamental changes in its range, content, function and object, ect. This will inevitably worsen the international relationship and the strategic security situation in the Asia-Pacific Area and bring negative influence to the national interests concerning both Japan and the US.
