The Join of WTO and China's Financial Security

从我国金融业的改革和发展角度看 ,参加全球金融服务贸易协议并进一步开放金融服务贸易市场是我国加入WTO、开拓和融入金融市场的必然要求。中国加入WTO将对我国金融业产生很大的影响。总的来讲 ,机遇是主要的 ,且具有深远的意义 ,但挑战是现实的 ,且不可回避。加入WTO维护我国金融安全必须处理好三方面的关系 :积极开放与金融安全的关系 ;引进外资金融机构与保护民族金融业的关系 ;

It′s absolutely requested, from the angle of financial reform and development in China, that we take part in the trade agreement of the global financial service and further open its market if we want to join WTO, open up and mingle with the financial market. Whether China joins WTO or not will exert a great influence on its financial industry. Generally speaking, there exist great opportunities which are of profound significance, but there are also practical challenges which are inevitable. So we should correctly handle the three relations in order to safeguard our financial industry: active opening and financial security; absorbing foreign capital banking industry and safe-guarding national financial industry; deepening the financial reform and the steps to take in opening the financial service industry.
