试论我国农村的民主建设

On Democratic Construction in China's Countryside

我国是一个农业大国，农村基层民主建设是我国社会主义民主建设的伟大基础工程。当前，我国农村已具备了农村民主建设的现实条件，但尚处于制度建设阶段，“能人型”村治是我国农村民主建设的中介和过渡，村民自治是我国农村民主建设的目标。

Ours is a great agricultural country, and the democratic construction in the grass-roots level of the countryside is a great basic protect. At present, the countryside is already provided with the essencial reqiotrements in democratic construction, but it is still at the formative stage. 'Talent leading' governing is just a medium and transition in the process of democratic construction in rural China, and village self governing is the final goal.
