The Limitations of Library Legislation Research and Its Countermeasures

通过对近十年来有关图书馆立法研究的分析，指出图书馆立法研究在整体性研究、所体现的特有原则、权利与义务、法律责任等方面存在缺陷，并提出相应对策。

By making an analysis of the library legislation in the recent ten years, the article shows that there exist limitations on the integral research, on the special principle, on the right and obligation and on the law duty. Countermeasures should be taken in older to eliminate these limitations.
