全面理解“国家安全”概念

A Comprehensive Interpretation of National Security

世纪之交，“国家安全”问题日益引起世人的关注。然而对于什么是“国家安全”却见解不一。本文在研究古今中外的有关论述的基础上，对“国家安全”这一概念作了较为全面的探讨，并提出国家安全方程式：Ｎｓ＝（Ｃ＋Ｅ＋Ｍ）×（Ｓ＋Ｇ＋Ｎ）×（Ｌ＋Ｄ）。

At the turn of the century, the issue of national security has received an increasing attention of the whole world in the face of American's attempt to dominate the globe' However, there is not a unanimous interpretation of national security. This paper thereby tries to make a am study of national security, based on the illustration of the relevant ancient and modern views at home and abroad. It also puts forward a bed - new equation for national security: N, = (C + E+ M) x (S+ G+ N) x (L + D), which is just a fort try as well in China.
