自１８世纪以来，贸易保护主义就一直以不断变换的形式活跃于国际贸易领域。绿色贸易壁垒是２０世纪９０年代以来西方贸易保护论者所主张的具有代表性的新贸易保护主义理论。Ｋ文首先分析了绿色贸易保护论者的基本论点和基本特征，然后深入阐述了绿色贸易壁垒对我国外贸出口的主要影响，最后针对西方的绿色贸易壁垒提出了我国对外贸易应当采取的对策。

In this essay, the author first analyses the essential features and arguments of the trade barriers and then expounds in details its main influence on the export of our foreign trade and finally advances some countermeasures to take in our foreign trade in view of the western countries' trade trade barriers.
