摘要
以重庆市电力公司人力资源的现状为依据,在分析影响人力资源开发的因素的基础上,提出了重庆市电力公司人力资源开发的对策。
According to the present situation of labor resource development of ChongqingElectricity Company, the countermeasure to the labor resource development is proposed on theanalysis of the affecting factors.
