Ouyang Xiu's Comprehension and Practice of the Chunqiu Argumentation Style

本文从三个方面论述了欧阳修对孔子春秋书法义例的领悟和实践:一是述文简而有法;二是叙事能别是非,明善恶;三是能申劝戒。

This paper discusses Ouyang Xiu' s comprehension and practice of Confucian Chunqiu argumentation style from three perspectives: 1) the briefness and skillful presentation of argumentation; 2) to distinguish clearly between right and wrong; and 3)to punish evil-doers and encourage people to do good.
