Survey and Thinking about the Students' Ideal, Success and Prospects in Normal School

最近,党中央提出来要在全国加强思想政治教育工作,这说明在新形势下思想政治教育工作不仅不能削弱而且要进一步加强,那么师范院校的“两课”教师如何提高思想教育工作的效率呢?摸清学生思想实际是其中很关键的一环,笔者就现阶段与学生密切相关的“理想、成才、前途”问题进行了调查与思考。

Recently, the Party Central Committee puts forward that the ideological and political education work must be strengthened. This shows that in the new situation the ideological and political education work must be strengthened. Then, how can the the teachers in normal school increase the efficiency of the educational work, the key piont is to find out the students' practical thoughts. The author makes a survey and thinking about the ideal, success and prospect closely related to the students of present times.
