采用溶剂系统均匀设计优化法对氨基酸纸上层析实验进行了溶剂系统组分与配比的选择研究,简化了实验操作步骤,提高了Rf值的重现性,消除了色斑不稳定、易退色,斑点拖尾等现象。

In this paper, the component and proportion of solvent system of paper chromatgraphy experiment of aminoacid were studied by using the homogeneous design optimized method. The recurrence of Rf and the stability of colored patches were increased, the tailing of colored patches was eliminated, and the operating program was shorteutted.
