叙述了邮政术语标准化的应用目的和作用随信息技术手段的广泛应用和邮政业务的拓展所发生的变化，分析了邮政术语标准化体系与邮政科学分类的关系，最后介绍了现行邮政术语标准体系的框架结构。
The author narrates that the purpose and effect of the postal service terminology standardization changes along with the abroad application of information technology and the development of postal service, analyzes relationship between the postal terminology standardization system and postal technical classifying, finally introduces the framework of present postal terminology standards system.
