摘要 A conservative transport operator in space (v//,r) and moment equations are used to describe the combined effects of a stochastic magnetic field and a radial ambipolar electric field on the electrons. The transport operator is coupled with Fokker-planck and Ohmic heating terms to compute the electron distribution function. A physical picture exhibits the possible importance of the turbulent magnetic field on the suprathermal electrons, which may be concerned with plasma confinement.
