摘要
Objective:To clone prothymosin α which has important biological functions and to analyze its sequence. Methods:huPTMA α cDNA was cloned from poly(A) + RNA of the healthy Chinese peripheral blood monocyte cells by RT-PCR and the sequence was analyzed. Results:It was a new subtype of huPTMA α and has 86.4% homology with Genbank data. Conclusion:We find a new gene from the healthy Chinese, and it is named and accepted by Genbank.
