现阶段图书馆改革的几点思考

针对图书馆管理存在的主要问题，提出了通过转变思想观念、引进竞争机制、实行多渠道筹集经费、建立图书馆法规等改革措施，以适应知识经济和市场经济发展对图书馆的要求。

Through the analysis of the problems in the library management, the measures are provided to transform the traditional ideas, introduce the competitive system, put forward financing ways and found the regulations in accordance with the demand for the development of knowledge economy and market economy to the libraries.
