摘要
女警尽管在公安工作中起到了重要作用，但就成就而言，与男警相差甚远。造成这种问题的原因主要有社会历史原因、婚姻家庭原因、心理和生理原因。为了使女警能够取得更多的成就，应不断推进妇女解放运动，女警应自尊、自信、自立、自强。
This article analyzes the historical, family, psychological and physiological factors that affect the success of policewomen and proposes suggestions for improving the situation.
