多西他赛联合卡铂不同给药途径对晚期卵巢癌的疗效

Docetaxel Plus Carboplatin Different Administration Way of Late Clinical Observation of Ovarian Cancer

目的:研究多西他赛与卡铂不同给药途径对晚期卵巢癌疗效与不良反应。方法:61例晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为静脉治疗与结合腹腔内治疗组,前者给予多西他赛70mg/m^2静脉滴注,第二天给予卡铂300mg/m^2静脉滴注。后者给予多西他赛70mg/m^2静脉滴注,第二天给予卡铂300mg/m^2腹腔灌注,每3周为一个疗程,完成两个疗程后观察疗效与不良反应。结果:单用静脉滴注组30例患者中,CR5例,PR11例,总有效率53.3%。结合腹腔内注射治疗组31例患者中CR8例,PR16例,总有效率77.4%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制,肌肉关节疼痛,神经毒性,脱发和胃肠道反应相似。结论:多西他赛联合卡铂腹腔内药近期疗效优于单纯静脉给药,不良反应相似。

Objective：To study Docetaxel with carboplatin different administration way of adanced oarian cancer curative effect and the adverse reactions.Methods：61 cases adanced oarian cancer patients were randomly divided into venous treatment and combining intra- abdominal treatment group,the former give Doeetaxel 70mg/m2 intravenous drip.＇lTne next day give carboplatin 300 mg/m2 intravenous drip.This gives him Docetaxet 70mg/m2 intravenous drip.The next day give carboplatin 300 mg/m2 celiac perfusion.Every three weeks for one period of treatment,complete two course observation curative effect and the adverse reactions.Results：Yag intravenous drip group of 30 patients,CR5 example.PRI 1 cases failure;the total effective decreasing.Combined with intra-abdommal injection treatment group 31 cases CR8 example,PR16 cases,the total effective rate was 77.4%.Adverse reaction is mainly for the marrow suppression,muscle and joint pain,nenrotoxic!ty,hair loss and gastrointestinal reaction similar.Conelusion：Docetaxel joint carboplatin intra-abdominal medicine shortterm curative effect is better than pure vein dosing and adverse reaction similar.
