老年溃疡性结肠炎40例患者的灌肠护理分析

目的:探讨老年溃疡性结肠炎的灌肠护理方法及效果。方法:80例溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用灌肠护理,比较两组患者的护理效果及3d内疼痛消失率。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.0%显著高于对照组的75.0%,P<0.05。且观察组3d内疼痛消失率显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:灌肠治疗老年溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,期间配合良好的护理,可明显缓解患者疼痛。
