摘要
面临着WTO的挑战,作为既是金融企业又是服务行业的商业银行必须树立以客户为中心的服务理念,以此为经营原则、构造服务保障机制、提高员工素质。
In the face of the challge of WTO, the commercial bank, as both the financial business and service trades, must set up the idea of service that the customer is the centre, and regard this idea as the manaing principle,organize the system of service and safeguard, develope the qualty of the staff.
