职校教师实践技能素质亟待提高

It's Urgent for the Teachers in Vocational Colleges to Raise Their Quality of Practical Skill

文章针对职业学校教育存在的重理论学习，轻实践技能教育的状况，指出造成这种状况的一个直接原因是教师素质结构性缺陷造成的。为此，在倡导教师自学成才的同时，更应倡导教师“自练成才”。

This article aims at the problem existing in professional education that is to say,we have put much more focus on theory and less on pratise techniques. It also shows that one of the direct reasons of the above condition is the defect of the teacher's quality constructure. So we advocate the teachers' self--study. We should advocate them more on self --training at the same time.
