肠系膜上静脉血栓的诊治

The diagnosis and treatment for superior mesenteric venous thrombosis

目的探讨肠系膜上静脉血栓形成的诊断方法和治疗措施。方法对6例的诊治经验进行分析。结果 4例经 B 超、CT 或血管造影证实,1例手术证实,1例尸检证实;5例治愈,1例死亡。结论该病少见,无特异性症状和体征,早期难以作出诊断,B 超、CT 和血管造影是敏感的检查方法;及时的药物治疗可避免手术;抗凝治疗是防止复发、降低病死率的重要措施。

Objective to study the diagnosis and treatment of superior mesenteric vein thrombosis(MTV).Methods The etiology,early diagnosis and medial treatment of 6 patients with mesenteric venous thrombosis treated in our hospital were analyzed.Results 4 cases were confirmed by B-ultrasound,CT,or angiography,and were cured after early diagnosis with medication treatment.1 case was confirmed by operation,and 1 case was confirmed though autopsy.5 cases were cured,and 1 case died.Conclusion MTV is an uncommon disease,its symptoms and signs are nonspcific,and should not be relied on for early diagnoses.B-ultrasound,CT and angiography are sensitive examination methods.Operation can be avoided through early diagnosis and prompt medication.Anticoagulant therapy is and important measure to reduce the recurrence and mortality.
