摘要
利用自行研制的热梯度式炉,系统探索了利用差温式CVD增密技术制备高性能C/C复合刹车材料的可行性,研究了温度、气氛压力、气流量等参数对CVD增密过程的影响及增密过程动力学特性,实现了在较短周期内制取高密度C/C复合盘件,显示了该项技术良好的工业应用前景。
Using a new device developed in National Key Lab for P/M, the feasibility of the manufacturing of high performance C/C composite brake materials by means of thermal gradient CVD densification technique has been systematically investigated. The influence of the parameters, such as temperature, gas pressure, gas flow rate on CVD densification, as well as the characteristics of dynamics during the densification process were studied, and the manufacturing of high dense C/C-disk in a more short period was successfully realized, showing a bright prospect for commercial application.
