摘要
研究了一种催化脱脂型粘结剂,结果表明:开发的催化脱脂型粘结剂,其组成以聚合物共混物含量45%~75%、其它组元含量55%~25%较为适宜,是一种较为理想的MIM用粘结剂。用该粘结剂制得的喂料注射成形性能好,成形坯强度高.在以HNO_3为催化剂进行催化脱脂时脱脂速度快,脱脂效果好,脱脂坯维形能力强。
The catalytic debinding is a new development direction of debinding techniques for MIM due to its inherent advantages. A catalytic debinding type binder was explored in the paper. The results show that the catalytic debinding type binder is an ideal binder systems for MIM, it is composed of polymer blend 45%~75 % and 55%~25% others components. The feedstock prepared by mixing the binder with 316L stainless steel powder has good moldability, and the green parts had sufficient strength to be handled. The binder could be quickly removed by catalytic decomposition using HNO_3 gas as catalyst, and debound part has good shape retention and no obvious defects.
