摘要
介绍了双相结构梯度硬质合金(DP合金)的性能与结构特点以及国内外研究现状,指出在我国开展DP合金研究,进行过程机理、强化机理和材料设计的基础理论研究是突破DP合金的工艺关键,生产出工艺可靠、质量稳定、成本合理的DP合金的重要途径。
The property and structure characters of dual phase cemented carbide and the status of the study on the alloy were introduced. It pointed out that the studies of the principles of technique and strengthening and material design are the key issue to reach the know-how of dual phase technology and to further produce the dual phase cemented carbide with reliable quality and reasonable cost.
