摘要 C/C复合材料是飞机刹车副的新型摩擦结构材料,作者探讨了其结构和机械物理性能的特殊性及机械切削加工的特点,用SEM观察了不同切削条件下切屑的断口形貌,用5种不同的刀具材料、刀具角度及几何形状相同的刀具,在一定的切削工艺参数条件下,对该材料进行切削试验.以刀具的前刀面和,或后刀面的磨损率为判据,最佳刀具材料为YG8.C/C复合材料的切削过程中,刀具的磨损极为严重,刀具磨损的主要机理是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。 Carbon/carbon(C/C) composite is an important advanced friction and structure materials used to make aircraft brake disk. This research aimed at optimizing the tool material and cutting parpmeters for C/C composite cutting. Some machining experiments are performed at the lathe machine. The wear surface morphology of the rake face, nose radius and clearance face of the machine tools are observed with MeF3A optic microphy, machining chips formed in various cutting parameters are observed with XTL-Ⅱ 3 dim. Microcope and SEM. Heat in C/C composite cutting makes the tool edge softer. The dominant tool wear mechanism of this cutting process is abrasive wear and adhesive wear. Tools made from tungsten carbide (YG8) work effectively, high speed steel is worse, TiC-based cemented carbide YT15, YT30 are not good at cutting C/C composite.
