氨氯地平与氯沙坦联用治疗老年高血压病的临床研究

Study of treatment of elderly hypertension by Amiodipine combined with losartan

目的 观察氨氯地平与氯沙坦联用对于老年高血压病的疗效及其对血糖、血脂、肝肾功能及尿酸的影响。方法 27例老年高血压病病人给予氨氯地平及氯沙坦,剂量分别为5 mg启及50 mg/d,治疗6周;对照组30例服氨氨地平5 mg/d。治疗前后测血压、24 h动态血压,血糖、血脂、肝肾功能及尿酸。结果氨氯地平与氯沙坦联用组总有效串为96.3％,优于氯地平组的90％,但差异无显著性。联用组起效较单用氨氯地平快,对血糖、血脂等指标无影响,有降低尿酸作用,无明显副作用。结论 氨氧地平与氯沙坦联用治疗老年高血压病安全、有效,两药有协同作用,对血糖、血脂、肝肾功能无不良影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of amlodipine combined with losartan on elderly hyperten-sion. Methods Twenty-seven patieuts were treated with amlodipine(50 mg/d) and losartan(50 mg/d). Thirty pa-tients were treated with amlodipine(5 mg/d). Blood pressure were monitored. Blood lipid.vrea nitrogen, creatinine, vrine acid. Blood glucose were examined before and after treatment. Results There are no difference in the antihy-pertensive effect between the two groups. The combination had no-effect on BG.TG and TC, VA, Amlodipine seems to have higher adverse drug reaction rate than the combinatcd drugs. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with losar-tan is effective and safe in treatment of edlerly hypertension.
