摘要
对石蜡-油-聚烯烃粘结剂溶剂脱脂相关问题进行了研究,包括溶剂和聚合物种类对脱脂过程的影响,以及脱脂坯强度、脱脂后干燥、溶剂回收等,结果表明:用二氯甲烷作溶剂,脱脂速率高于三氯甲烷;温度升高,溶剂脱脂速率增加,脱脂速率可达到2mm/h;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作聚合物组分,溶剂脱脂后开裂,这与EVA在溶剂中溶胀率较大有关;坯块强度随脱脂进行而降低;石蜡-油在溶剂中累积使脱速率有所降低,可通过蒸馏方法使溶剂回收,回收率可超过95%(质量分数)。
Some aspects relevant to solvent debinding of wax-oil-polyoleffin binder were studied, including sovent and polymer kinds on debinding process, brown strength, drying rate after debinding, recycle of the solvent, etc. The results show that debinding in CH_2Cl_2 is faster than that in CH_3Cl_3, and elevated temperature increases the debinding rate to 2 mm/h. The body got broken during debinding when EVA as polymer component of the binder, this is relevant to the greater volume swell ratio of EVA in CH_2Cl_2, with debinding process going on, strength of the body decreased and the debinding rate also decreased due to accumulation of wax and oil in the solvent, over 95% (mass fraction) of the solvent could be recycled.
