摘要
研究了某种针刺毡结构的C/C复合材料刹车盘在不同能量、压力及湿态环境下的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:该种材料具有稳定的摩擦性能和重复性,刹车力矩平稳,且能载水平高,磨损小;湿态环境下平均动摩擦系数降低,但随着压力的增大,这种影响减小。
The friction and wear properties of C/C composite as aircraft brakes under different energy, pressure and environment conditions have been studied. The results show that C/C composite has stable brake graph, high frictional coefficient, low wear, good brake properties repeatedly. The humidity results in low friction coefficient, but the braking presure will decrease the effect.
