应用BVblue^(TM)诊断细菌性阴道病50例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨BVblue^(TM)法诊断细菌性阴道病的临床价值。方法 50例患者同时采用Amsel标准和BVblue^(TM)法测定BV。结果 30例被Amsel标准确诊为BV的患者中,BVblue^(TM)阳性28例,阴性2例;20例用Amsel标准除外BV的患者中,BVblue^(TM)阴性18例,阳性2例,BVblue^(TM)测定法灵敏度为93.3%(28/30),特异度为90.0%(18/20),假阳性率为10%(2/20),假阴性率为6.7%(2/30),准确度为92%(46/50),P<0.001。同时统计50例患者分别采用观察白带性状、测定阴道pH值、胺实验及检查线索细胞单独诊断BV时,其准确度分别为82%、74%、84%及96%。结论 BVblue^(TM)作为一种简单、快速诊断BV的方法具有高度敏感及特异性,可应用于临床。 Objectives To determine whether the BVblue?method is superior to the clinical criteria for the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis in women. The clinical criteria is the current diagnostic method employed to diagnose bacterial vaginosis. Methods 50 cases diagnosed by Amsel's criteria were examined by BVblue?method at the same time. Results 30 cases diagnosed as bacterial vaginosis by Amsel standard,28 were positive and 2 negative by BVblue method,while 18 of 20 cases excluded by the former were negative and 2 cases positiv by BVblue?. The sensitivity of BVblue?method was 93. 3% (28/30),specifics 90.0% (18/20),false positive 10% (2/20),fal negative 6.7% (2/30). overall accuracy was 92% (46/50) ( P < 0.001). The overall accuracy by single method as the characteristics vaginal discharge,vaginal fluid pH,amine test or screening test of clue cells for bacterial vaginosis was 82% ,74% ,84% and 96% spectively. Conclusions BVblue is a high sensitive,rapid and easy method to diagnose bacterial vaginosis.
