摘要
脂肪酶LipozymeTM 在多种有机溶剂中均具很高的活性 ,并且有机溶剂还能提高酶的热稳定性和抗超声辐射的能力。在水溶液中 ,当温度超过 50℃ ,酶活性迅速下降 ,但在四氢呋喃中 ,温度高达 10 0℃时 ,酶仍具有较高的活性。在正己烷中 ,超声辐射达 90W时 ,酶活性达到最大值 ,超过此值 。
Lipozyme IM has the very high activity in the many organic media and it is more thermostable and resistant to the denaturantion by ultrasonic irradiation. In aqueous solution its enzymatic activity decreases rapidly when the temperature is above 50℃,while in tetrahydrofuran medium,Lipozyme IM keeps still considerably high activity when the temperature is at 100℃.After the treatment by ultrasonic irradiation at 90 w for 30 minutes,its enzymatic activity is the highest,when ultrasonic irradiation is above 90 w,the activity decreases rapidly.
