思美泰治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

The Effects of Transmetil on Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 观察应用思美泰治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 70例慢性乙肝病人随机分为两组:治疗组用思美泰1000mg溶于5％葡萄糖液250ml,静脉注射每日1次,疗程4周;对照组为一般综合性保肝治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.4％,对照组为77.1％,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 有效地改善肝内胆汁郁积,思美泰使异常的肝功能参数恢复正常,长期应用无严重副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Transmetil on chronic hepatitis B. Methods 70 cases with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group had been treated by using Transmetil to be injected intravenously for four weeks,and the control had been treated wi th general methods. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 91. 4%,and the control 77. 1%(P <0. 05). The indexes of hepatic functions,such as TBil,AST,ALT,AKP and 7-GT,were ameliorated (P< 0. 05). Conclusion the results indicated that Transmetil was an effective medicine to treat chronic hepatitis, and it improved hepatic functions.
