眼睑皮瓣转移法治疗27例睑缘色素痣

27 Cases of Palpebral Adge Pigmented Nevus Treated by Eyelid Flaptransfer Method

目的 探讨眼睑皮瓣转移法修复27例睑缘色素痣切除后缺损的效果。方法 在睑缘色素痣附近设计一舌形皮瓣,采用转移推进法修复缺损。结果 缺损修复满意,达到了治疗与美容兼顾。结论 皮瓣转移法修复睑缘色素痣切除后缺损效果良好,临床上可推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of the eyelid flap transfer-pushing method repair for the defect in the 27 cases of palpebral edge pigmented nevus have been surgically treated. Methods A small patch of skin close under the nevus was designed as glossa-like flap to repair the defect with the method. Results All the flaps was satisfactory,both clinical treatment and aesthetic need can be fulfilled. Conclusion the method of eyelid flap transfer-pushing is simple and easy to get success repairing the defect in the palpebral edge pigmented nevus after resection,so could be applied clinically.
