摘要
目的 观察儿童感觉统合治疗方法的临床疗效。方法 选用感觉统合治疗方法对72例感觉统合失调儿童进行治疗。结果 治疗后儿童在感觉统合评定量表得分及临床症状方面均有显著提高,孤独症儿童也有进步。前者的显著改善率为72.4%~79.4%,临床症状显著改善率为62.1%~70.6%。结论 感觉统合治疗是矫正因感觉统合失调所引起的学习困难及其他心理行为问题如多动、注意力缺陷、情绪障碍、语言障碍及社交不良等的有效方法。
Objective To study the clinical effect of sensory integrative therapy on children with sensory integrative dysfunction. Methods 72 children with sensory integrative dysfunction were treated by sensory integrative therapy. Results There were significant improvement in score of the Sensory Integrative Scale and clinical symptom after treatment, autistic children had also improved. The rate of significant improvement in the former was 72. 4% - 79. 4% while the rate of clinical effect was 62. 1% - 70. 6%. Conclusion Sensory integrative therapy was an effective method for children who were puzzled by learning disorder and other psychobehavior problems such as hyperactivity ,attentional deficit, emotional disorder, language disorder,social functioning disorders and so on.
