摘要
一氧化氮及其合酶广泛存在于各种肿瘤细胞株与实体瘤组织中,并且对肿瘤的发生、发展、转移等方面具有双重作用。本文就NO及其合酶在肿瘤中的特性作一综述。内容涉及NOS在肿瘤组织中的表达及肿瘤组织释放NO的特点、NO对肿瘤演化的双重作用及NO在临床上的应用前景。
Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) exists in all kinds of human tumor cell lines and solid tumor tissues, and it hasbeen suggested that nitric oxide (NO) may play important roles in growth, progression or metastasis of tumors, The charac-teristics of NO and NOS in tumor are reviewed, which covers the features of the expression of NOS in different tumor tissuesand the release of NO, the dual - effect of NO on tumor progression, and the the possibility of its clinical application.
