大学期间人文素质教育的提升可以使女大学生们自觉关怀他人、关怀社会、关怀人类、关怀自然,逐步具备健全美好的人格,不断向全面发展的高素质女性人才目标前进。为了提升当代女大学生人文素质教育,使她们成为自尊、自强、自立和自爱的社会高素质人才,对人文素质的内涵进行了诠释,阐述了当代女大学生人文素质缺失的现象,分析了产生这种现象的原因,同时对提升女大学生人文素质教育提出了应采取的对策。

With the goal of achieving comprehensive high-quality female talents,humanity improvement can make female undergraduates aware of concerning others,society,human,and nature so that they can gradually possess fine and perfect personalities.In order to promote the humanity education of contemporary female undergraduates who will have self-respected,self-improved,self-supported and self-regarded high-quality talents in the society,the paper annotates humanities and expounds the phenomenon of lacking humanity of contemporary female undergraduates.It analyzes reasons of such lacks and proposes the countermeasures to improve the humanity of present female undergraduates.
