针对国家计委,建设部530号文件,执行《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》(第二版),为了提高热电结合工程项目财务评价的实用性和可操作性,就其评价方法及有关参数选取,提出了作者的具体意见。
In allusion to No.530 file issued by state planning commission and ministry of construction, in order to execute 《construct project economy appraising method and parameter》(second edition) and raise practicability md maneuverability of finance appraising in heat-electricity unite production engineering project, authors give out their opinion to appraising method and choosing parameter.
