总等电位联接属于保护接地的一个形式,它的概念是将建筑物内所有外带电金属汇接到进线配电箱近旁的接地母排即总接地端子板上而互相联结。它能在降低预期接触电压方面起到良好的效果。从而保证了在故障情况下的人身安全。所以在工程设计中,应遵照有关规范规定进行建筑的总等电位联结。
It is a form of earthing that overall uniform electric potential couphng. All metal in building with electricity is hnked to overall earthing terminal. It has a good effect to debase anticipating touch voltage. Guarantee person safety in fail-ure. That overall uniform electric potential coupling is used in engineering design following relating criterion.
