摘要
该文就塔河林业局建局三十多年来,由于在经营管理上出现的诸多问题,而出现了当前的“两危”局面,很令人深思,以点代面,是大兴安岭林区的缩影,同时也阐述了恢复林地开展“天保工程”,搞好可持续发展的一些措施,以重现资源强局的往日。
