摘要
根据生产的需要 ,研制实用仿真农药喷雾实验系统 ,配以一定数量的大功率人工设备 ,并以几种典型的常用农药为例 ,探讨荔枝蝽卵平腹小蜂在仿真喷雾条件下死亡率与农药田间使用浓度的再稀释浓度的关系 .实验结果表明 ,该系统可以模拟田间实际喷药情况 ,并在较短的实验周期内得到规律性很强的农药对昆虫、特别是对如寄生蜂般微小体形的昆虫的毒效变化情况资料 ,从而建立定量农药实验程序 。
A home made spray system was used on insecticide experiment on parasitic wasp, Anastatus japonicus Ashmead. This system was associated with bioclimatic chambers to provid a series simulated farm conditions for the experiment of testing the insecticide toxicity on A. japonicus wasps. Results indicated that this system enable it to be possible to put forward a proposal for the farming on the protection of parasitic wasps. In this study, the toxicities of several insecticides, such as, 2.5% Methmidophos, 90% Trichlorphon, 40% Dimethoate and 50% Methamidophos, were also tested under combinations of temperatures and humidities. Results are belived to be of great value for the establishment of the practical farming process on the protection of natural enmies of pests from the abuse of insecticides.
