摘要
商业所有制结构的市场化受到市场、企业、政府等因素的制约。应根据市场机制确定商业企业所有制结构的目标模式及调整方式,从而使商业企业适应市场机制,提高经营效率。
The marketrization of commerce ownership structure is affected by market,enterpr ises and govemment. We should determines the target mode and regulation method o f commerce ownership structures according to market mechanism. Then commerce ent erprises can adapt to market mechanism and raise operational efficiency.
