对若干财政经济政策的思考

Thoughts on Several Finance and Economy Policies

近几年来为拉动经济的增长 ,我国实行了积极的财政政策。但是 ,实施积极的财政政策要适度、充分考虑到负面影响 ;不能简单谈提高“两个比重”,事实上财政和税收收入占 GDP的比重已经不低了 ;要建立积极的消费观念 ,建立并完善社会保障机制 。

Recent years, positive financial policies have been carried out in china to promote economic growth,but meanwhile,the negative effects must be taken into account.“Two Ratios” Should not be simply taeked about, because, in fact, the proportion of finance and tax income to GDP is not low. Simply decreasing interest is not the only way if we want to set up positive sense of consumption and improve social security sgstem.
