建立和完善我国社会保障体系是一项极为复杂的庞大的社会系统工程，是当前经济体制改革和社会发展进程中不可缺少的一项工作。而我国现行的社会保障制度已不能适应形势的要求，本文就此分析了我国现有社会保障体系中存在的问题，进而阐述了完善社会保障体系的构想。

It is quite a complicated and huge social system project to set up and improve the social security system in China, It is also an indispensable task of the economic reform and social development at present.But the current social security system of our country can not adjust to the demand of the situation. Thisarticle analyses the existing problems and countermeasures of it and states the conception of how to perfect the social security system.
