摘要
《白鹿原》中的白嘉轩是一个代表传统伦理道德的符号性形象,鹿子霖是一个代表着中国近现代交接点上市侩实用主义的符号性形象;白嘉轩以他“神像”一样的君子型人格面具换得世代族长的德高望重,鹿子霖则以他“鹿乡约”的人格面具换得人前风光人后风流。但在本质上,二人都是人格面具膨胀的牺牲品,他们的形象象征了历史进程中个体生命的悲剧历程,具有个体人类学的符号象征意味。
Bai Jia-xuan is a symbolis character of the traditional ethic; and Lu Zi-lin is a typical representative of the snobbish pragmatists at the turn of the century in China. Appearing as an 'idol', Bai Jia-xuan command universal respect with his gentleman-like persona. However, Lu Zi-lin, with his persona of 'Lu Xiang-yue'—— the head of the county, is outwardly dignified but secretly promiscuous. But in essence, they are both the victims of their abnormal development of the persona. Their images possessed the symbolic meaning of individual anthropology are the symbols of tragic course of individuals in the history.
