本文通过对磨机衬板工况和受力分析,推导出磨机衬板在安装和维修时所需合理预紧力的理论计算公式.利用该公式可方便、合理地确定磨机衬板螺栓预紧力.

Through the analysis of working condition and force in mill liner bolts, the reasonable pretightening calculation formula was given out when mill liner is installed and maintained. By using the formula, the mill liner bolts pretightening can be determined.
