摘要
本文以日产2000吨熟料预分解窑水泥厂为例,详细分析了动态模拟屏控制系统的结构设计及动态控制器线路原理.介绍了利用工控组态软件“组态王”开发动态工艺模拟屏控制程序的基本过程.
This paper introduces the basic development course of dynamic analog screen by 'KingView' -configuration software. The cement technological process is regarded an example, the output is 2000 ton per day in this preresolution kiln. The configuration and circuit of analog screen of control system are shown. The principle and feature are fully analyzed.
