应用鸡毒支原体灭活油乳剂苗对蛋鸡进行田间免疫试验，证实该苗安全性和效果良好。免疫后在６个月内能有效抵御支原体野毒的感染。试验组与对照组相比，总发病率低２９．４％，产蛋率高１３．６％，产蛋高峰期延长２—４周，而且药物预防和治疗费用明显降低。

It is showing that using Mycoplasma gallisepticum inactivated vaccine with a commercial oil adjuvant on production layer is safety and has very good immune result.By using this vaccine the disease percentage is descend 29.4%and laying rate increases 13.6%comparing with the group of no vaccination.The highest laying period can be 2-4weeks longer than it was .The cost is much lower than the medication prevention and treatment.The immune can be last about six months.
