摘要
在室内气温５ ～２０℃条件下， 对２０ 只７～８ 周龄樱桃谷鸭肥肝生产性能进行了试验研究。结果表明填肥期增重７７ ．６％ ，产肝率１００％ ，最大肝重４４０ｇ，平均肝重３２５．５ｇ ，肝料比１∶２４．９７，高于国内公认产肝品种番鸭２８１．８ｇ 的水平。
Cherry Valley ducks, which were 7 ～8 weeks old were used to test the fatty liver producing ability in 5 ～20 ℃ room temperature .It was showed that ofter force feeding - the fatty liver producing rate was 100 % , The feed to fatty liver ratio was24 .97 ∶1. The body weight gain rate was 77.6 % . The heaviest fatty liver was 440g , and the average fatty liver weight was 325 .5g , higher than that of publicly recognized 281 .8g pro ducing by m uscovy duck .
